ESV. Bayo Alabi (FNIVS, RSV, FCAI, FIMC), is an estate surveyor and valuer, auctioneer, and a management consultant.
He is a graduate of the University of the West of England, Bristol, UK MSc. Real Estate Management and the Federal Polytechnic Bauchi, Nigeria, HND Estate Management. He has over 25 years experience in Property valuation and investment, Property management, property development, agency, and mortgages.
He is a consultant to both public and private organisations. He is the head of practice of Adebayo Alabi and Associates, an estate surveying firm, and the Principal Consultant, Worth One-Plus, a management consulting firm. He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (FNIVS), Registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer (RSV), Fellow Certified Institute of Auctioneers of Nigeria (FCAI), and Fellow Institute of Management Consultant of Nigeria (FIMC).
He is also a director at Boing Group, a real estate development company.
