Head of Practice

An Estate Surveyor and Valuer, Auctioneer, and Management Consultant with over 25 years of professional experience. ESV. Bayo Alabi established Adebayo Alabi and Associates in 2002 after working with Fortune Ebie & Co, a foremost estate firm in Nigeria.

A product of The Federal Polytechnic Bauchi (1992), he brings deep expertise in valuation, property management, property development, agency, auctioneering, and mortgage advisory. He holds a Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) from the UK, demonstrating his international expertise in mortgage consultancy.

He serves as a consultant to both private and public organizations across Nigeria and is also the principal consultant of Worth One-Plus Consulting firm.
